Analysis of Public Bicycle Choice Behavior of Xian Based on the Method of EFA and CFA

基于EFA及CFA方法的西安市公共自行车选择行为分析

Abstract: In order to study the influencing factors of xi an public bicycle choice behavior, this study explored the structural relationship of factors influencing the xi an residents public bicycles choice behavior, and verified the rationality of the structure of the factor model based on questionnaire survey data, combining the method of exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). Based on exploratory factor analysis, 38 items affecting the choice behavior were reduced to 32, then common factors were extracted by principal component analysis.The results show that the 7 comprehensive indexes (common factors) reduced from the 32 items can be sorted by importance as follows: the weather and climate> spatial distribution> operation service > travel purpose> residents attribute> cycling road> travel reasons. Based on confirmatory factor analysis, the research proved the rationality of the factor model structure and further determined the main influencing factors of each factor,including “rain”, “the distance between lease point and bus stops or the entrance of metro subway ”, “public bicycle scheduling system”, “going to work or school”, “age”, “road roughness”, “avoiding congestion”. Finally, related suggestions about the influence factors of Xi an public bicycle choice behavior were put forward.

摘要: 为了考察影响西安市公共自行车选择行为的因素,利用问卷调查数据,结合探索性因子分析以及验证性因子分析方法,探索影响西安市公共自行车选择行为因素之间的结构关系,并验证因子模型的结构合理性。研究结果表明:基于探索性因子分析法,将初步选定的影响选择行为的38个题项缩减至32个,采用主成分分析萃取公因子,并将筛选后的32个题项降维至7个综合指标(公因子),按照重要度排序为:天气及气候>空间布局>运营服务>出行目的>居民属性>骑行路况>出行原因;基于验证性因子分析法,证明了因子模型的结构合理性,并进一步确定各因子的主要影响因素:“下雨”、“租赁点距离公交站点或地铁口距离”、“公共自行车调度系统”、“上班或上学”、“年龄”、“道路平整度”、“避免拥堵”;最后,针对影响西安市公共自行车选择行为的因素提出了相关建议。
