Particle Size and Distribution Influencing Factors of Anionic Emulsified Asphalt

阴离子乳化沥青粒径大小及分布影响因素分析

Abstract: The particle size and distribution of anionic emulsified asphalt with 60% solid content were investigated by laser particle size analyzer and optical microscope. The influence law of dosage and proportion of compound emulsifier, pH value of soap solution, shear time and storage time on particle size and distribution was investigated, and then the mechanism of improving the stability of emulsified asphalt was analyzed and summarized. The results show that when the mass ratio of SDS/OP-10 (sodium dodecyl sulfate/ alkylphenol ethoxylates) is 1∶1, the average particle size of anionic emulsified asphalt is 1.849 μm, which is evenly distributed in the range of 0.7μm to 3μm. The average particle size decreases with the increase of pH value of soap solution and shearing time, but increases slightly with the prolongation of storage time.

摘要: 以60%固含量的阴离子乳化沥青为研究对象,采用激光粒度仪和光学显微镜考察其粒径大小及分布的变化情况,探讨复配乳化剂用量及比例、皂液pH值、剪切时间、贮存时间对其粒径大小及分布的影响规律,进而分析和总结提高乳化沥青稳定性机理。结果表明:复配乳化剂SDS/OP-10(十二烷基硫酸钠/烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)质量比为1∶1时,阴离子乳化沥青平均粒径为1.849 μm,且粒径均匀分布在0.7~3 μm;其平均粒径随着皂液pH值、剪切时间的增大而减小,贮存时间延长其平均粒径稍有增大。
