Performance of Modified Cement Mortar with Emulsified Epoxy Resin Emulsion

自制乳化环氧乳液改性水泥砂浆性能研究

Abstract: A non-ionic curing agent called AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA was synthesized, which had the emulsion effect. Its properties were further characterized. The results show that when the hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) of AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA is 10~ 13, it has a good emulsion effect. When the AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA is applied to cure the E44, the performances of paint film, including the hardness, adhesion and flexibility, are excellent. Homemade AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA was used to prepare the epoxy resin emulsion, and the influence of different factors on the stability of epoxy resin emulsion was investigated. At the same time, the epoxy resin emulsion was mixed with cement to prepare the cement mortar, and the mechanical properties of cement mortar were tested. The results show that the emulsified epoxy emulsion improves the anti-bending strength, anti-compressive strength and the flexibility of cement mortar.

摘要: 合成一种具有乳化效果的非离子型固化剂AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA,并进一步对其性能进行了表征,研究表明:AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)为10~13,具有良好的乳化效果;将其应用于E44的固化时,漆膜的硬度、附着力和柔韧性优异。采用自制的AEO-9-EGDGE-DETA制备环氧树脂乳液,考察了不同影响因素对环氧树脂乳液稳定性的影响。将其与水泥共混制备了水泥砂浆,并对水泥砂浆的力学性能进行测试。结果表明:乳化环氧乳液提高了水泥砂浆的抗压、抗弯强度及其柔韧性。
