Establishment and Analysis of Temperature Field Model of Heat-Reflective Coating Pavement

热反射涂层路面温度场模型建立与分析

Abstract: Based on heat transfer theory and meteorology, ANSYS CFX, the finite element method, was used to study the temperature field of heat-reflective pavement, asphalt pavement and cement pavement. The results show that the higher the road surface reflectance, the lower the surface temperature of pavement is. The reflectance of heat-reflective pavement, whose reflectivity is 51%, the maximum temperature reduction value can reach 9℃ and 3℃ compared with asphalt pavement and cement pavement. The surface temperature of three types of pavement was also actually measured and the results are in good accordance with the calculating results.

摘要: 基于传热学及气象学原理,采用有限元软件ANSYS CFX建模分析热反射涂层路面、普通沥青路面、水泥路面等3种路面的温度场,表明反射率越高,路面表面温度越低;反射率为51%的热反射涂层路面较沥青路面和水泥路面最大降温值分别为9℃和3℃。同时对这3种路面温度进行了实测验证,理论分析与实测结果基本一致。
