Theoretical Analysis on Influence of Overlay on Crack Resistance of Old Cement Pavement

加铺层对旧水泥路面抗裂作用的理论分析

Abstract: The effect of overlay on the crack resistance of cement concrete pavement with cracks was analyzed. In order to simplify this problem,a theoretic analysis model was established by the application of fracture mechanics. Taking the cement concrete pavement as an elastic plate on Winkler foundation,Fourier transform and dislocation density function were used,to deduce the singular integral equation. Lobatto - Chebyshev integration formula,as a numerical method,has been used to solve the singular integral equations. The numerical solution and the expression of stress intensity factor at the crack top were obtained. A case study was carried out,and the stress intensity factors at the crack top with and without the overlay were compared. The results show that the thickness and elasticity modulus of overlay are important factors for the effect of overlay when the overlay reduces the stress intensity factor at the crack top.

摘要: 为分析加铺层对含裂纹水泥混凝土路面的抗裂作用,应用断裂力学方法建立了理论分析模型。将水泥混凝土 路面视为Winkler 地基上的弹性板,采用傅立叶积分变换,并通过引入位错密度函数建立了奇异积分方程,再应用 Lobatto-Chebyshev 法求解奇异积分方程,得到裂纹尖端应力强度因子的表达式及数值解。以实际的路面为例,对比 有无加铺层时裂纹尖端的应力强度因子值,结果显示: 加铺层使裂纹尖端应力强度因子减小,加铺层的厚度和弹性 模量都是影响加铺效果的主要因素。
