基于WebGIS 的道路养护可视化系统的设计与开发

Abstract: An Internet-based geographic information system ( WebGIS) platform structure is studied on the basis of the Arc- GIS Server technology. The key issues for road maintenance WebGIS development,such as users’rights management and maintenance modules,multi-scale processing and expression of the spatial data,dynamic segmentation technology of Web- GIS are applied to establish the experimental platform of WebGIS system. The system is divided into three major function modules: users’rights management and maintenance modules,the data service module,information dissemination module. The design and application of WebGIS system are discussed on the basis of Chongqing Banan District road management. The feasibility of the theories and methods are tested through the system.

摘要: 探讨了一种基于ArcGIS Server 的道路养护网络地理信息系统( WebGIS) 平台架构,运用包括道路养护空间数 据组织和设计、空间数据的缓存技术、空间数据的多尺度处理及表达、空间动态分段等技术,建立了道路养护地理信 息实验平台。系统划分为3 大功能模块: 用户权限管理维护模块、数据服务模块、信息发布模块。以重庆市巴南区 公路养护管理为例,介绍了地理信息平台的功能和应用,验证了文中的各种技术与方法。
