Key Technology of Large Size Precast Concrete Slab Pavement

大尺寸混凝土预制板路面关键技术研究

Abstract: Considering various causes of cement concrete pavement diseases, large size precast concrete slab pavement structure with graded gravel as base course was put forward. By means of finite element analysis, the hosting of precast concrete slab was simulated, and the plane dimension of the precast concrete slab was determined. Mechanical analysis model was established to calculate the strength of pavement structure, and the influence of plane dimension, thickness of precast slab and thickness of base course on stress of pavement structure was analyzed. In order to fully understand the mechanical properties of pavement structures, permanent deformation of base course and overlap between different plates were studied. Automatic construction equipment for concrete slab was developed, and the joint structures between slabs were rationally designed to ensure quality of construction. Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of rural roads, the typical structure of precast concrete slab pavement for rural road was proposed. The typical structure was 15 cm flexible base (graded broken stone)+1 cm seal coat(asphalt)+5 cm sand cushion +22 cm surface course(large size precast concrete slab).

摘要: 综合考虑水泥混凝土路面病害的各种成因,提出以级配碎石为基层的大尺寸混凝土预制板路面结构。通过有限元分析,模拟了混凝土预制板路面施工吊装,确定了混凝土预制板平面尺寸;通过建立力学分析模型,对路面结构进行强度验算,分析预制板平面尺寸、预制板厚度及基层厚度对路面结构受力的影响;同时对基层永久变形与不同板间搭接进行力学分析,以全面了解路面结构的力学特性;研制了混凝土板的自动化拼铺设备,合理设计板间接缝构造,以保证施工质量。针对农村公路的特点和要求,提出适应于农村公路的混凝土预制板路面典型结构。典型结构为 15 cm级配碎石(砂砾)柔性基层+1 cm沥青封层+5 cm砂垫层+22 cm水泥混凝土大预制块面层。
