Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Tramcars under Different Load Conditions

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of small curve radius, many bends and large slope in mountainous cities, a 100% low-floor tramcar with a three-module floating car with a small diameter rigid wheelset was adopted in order to make the tramcar smoothly pass the small curve radius road condition in mountainous city. With the help of multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK, the dynamic model of the proposed model was established, and the dynamic performance of the proposed model was simulated under no-load and full load conditions. The simulation results show that when the tram passes through the uneven straight track at the speed of 80km / h, it has good operation stability and stability. With the increase of curve radius, the curve negotiation performance of the vehicle gradually improves. When the minimum curve radius is 25 m, the curve negotiation performance can meet the requirements and can pass the small radius curve better. Moreover, when passing through the same radius curve, the various curve negotiation performance indexes under no-load condition are obviously better than those under full load condition. The performance index of each curve under no-load condition is obviously better than that under full-load condition.

摘要: 针对山地城市曲线半径小,弯道多,坡度大等特点,为了让有轨电车顺利通过山地城市小曲线半径路况,笔者采用一种小轮径刚性轮对的三模块浮车型100%低地板有轨电车,借助多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立其动力学模型,并对该模型在空载和满载2种工况下进行动力学性能仿真实验。研究结果表明:有轨电车以80 km/h的速度通过不平顺的直线轨道时,具有良好的运行稳定性和平稳性;随着曲线半径的增大,车辆曲线通过性能逐渐变好,在通过最小曲线半径25 m时,各项曲线通过性能都能满足规定,能较好地通过小半径曲线;通过同一半径曲线时,空载工况下的各项曲线通过性能指标明显优于满载工况。
