4500kN大噸位OVM锚锚下应力分析

摘要: OVM锚是新一代群锚体系,它分成OVM15及OVM13两种型号,适用于锚固标准强度为1770MPa-1860MPa的高强钢铰线,张拉力可从160kN以上自由选择。目前国内采用的最大张拉力是4444.9kN.本文采用PAFEC-FE有限元分析通用软件对4500kN的锚下应力进行了分析.给出了锚区三维应力的数值,分布状态及分析意见.最后对桥规(JTJO23-85)中有关局部承压强度的条件进行了讨论.

Abstract: OVM anchor is a new generation of multianchor syslem. it is divided into two models of OVM 15 and OVM 13 and suitable for 15.2,15.7,12.7,12. 9 high strength steel strand wires whieh have the anchor standard strength of 1770 MPa-1860 WPa,and the tensile force ean be seleeted freely over 160kN. Now the maximum tensile force used in our country is 4444.9kN. This article uses the finite element method of PAFEC-FE to analyse the anchor stress of 4500 kN,and gives the datas and the state of distribution of the threc-dimentional stresses of anchorage zones and some of the conclusions. Finaily,it makes some discussions about the conditions concerning bearing strength in Bridge code (JTJ 023-85).?
