摘要: 探讨了交通系统宏观控制的概念、特征、内容, 并建立了人口控制、车辆拥有量控制, 交通方式控制的模型, 并简要地探讨了土地使用控制方法.

Abstract: The transportation system macro-control is a function of transportation management and transportation plan management. It's also the essential prerequisite to keep the transportation system working smoothly. This paper discussed the conception, feature and content of the transportation system macro-control and set up models of population control, vehicle possession control and traffic model control. The method of controlling land use is briefly discussed .
