Abstract: This paper concerns the evaluation of the stability of asphalt mixtures which are added to a appropriate amount of waste rubber powder under the high temperature. Based on a lot of data obtained from the experiment, the effective properties of the waste rubber powder have been particularly explained to the stability of common bitumen mixtures under the high temperature. Also the methods of preparing and testing asphalt mixtures containing the waste rubber powder is stated.
