集装箱港区口岸查验设施最优规模仿真研究

Simulation Research on the Optimal Scale of Port Inspection Facilities at Container Terminal

摘要: 口岸查验系统是外贸集装箱港区不可或缺的重要组成部分。在查验系统建设中,查验设施规模主要依据口岸建设单位的经验确定。随着集装箱外贸吞吐量的不断增加,且各口岸查验流 程及参数存在的差异性,根据经验估算查验设施的配置规模无法保证科学性和适用性。运用系统仿真技术,仿真模拟集装箱港区查验流程,以确定适应港区规模的口岸查验设施的最优配置规 模。研究成果能够为外贸集装箱港区的规划与设计提供决策参考,指导口岸的开发与建设。

Abstract: Port inspection system is an essential and important component of foreign trade container terminal. The scale of inspection facilities is mainly determined by the experiences of port construction unit during the construction of inspection system. With the increase of foreign trade container throughput and the diversity occurred in the inspection process and parameters of ports, estimating the scale of inspection facilities empirically cannot guarantee the science and adaptability. The inspection process at container terminal was emulated by using simulation technique, to determine the optimal scale of port inspection facilities accommodating the scale of container terminal. The research results can provide decision-making reference for the planning and design of foreign trade container terminal and it will be of great importance in the development and construction of the port.
