福建省道路运输业碳排放测算与分析

Calculation and Analysis on Carbon Emission of Road Transport Industry in Fujian Province

摘要: 道 路运输业是节能减排的重点行业,碳排放量的合理测算对节能减排工作的推进具有重要意义。分别采用基于投入产出法和基于过程分析法的碳排放测算模 型对福建省2004—2013年道路运输碳排放进行了测算,并利用基于投入产出法的测算模型比较了福建省和江苏省的道路运输碳排放总量、结构及效率。基 于两种模型的测算结果分析了这两种常用碳排放测算模型的特点。研究结果表明:①福建省道路运输业碳排放状况好于江苏省;②近年来,福建省道路运 输业碳排放的增长放缓,甚至开始下降,碳排放效率逐年提高;③福建省道路运输业能源消耗结构逐年改善,但目前仍以高排放能源为主;④基于投入产 出法的碳排放测算结果要小于基于过程分析法的测算结果。

Abstract: Road transportation is the key industry of energy saving and emission reduction. The reasonable calculation of carbon emission is of great significance to promote the work of energy conservation and emission reduction. The calculation models based on input-output and process analysis method had been applied to the estimation of carbon emission of road transport in Fujian province from 2004 to 2013, and the comparison of carbon emission of road transport between Fujian province and Jiangsu province had been made by using input-output model in terms of total volume, configuration and efficiency of carbon emission. Based on the calculation results of the two models, the characteristics of the two commonly used carbon emission measurement models were analyzed. The results show that: ①The situation of carbon emission of road transport in Fujian province is better than that in Jiangsu province. ②In recent years, the growth of carbon emission of road transport in Fujian province has slowed down, and even began to decline; carbon emission efficiency is increasing yearly. ③Although high emission energy is the main part, the energy consumption structure of road transport industry in Fujian province has improved year by year. ④The calculation results of input-output approach are smaller than those of process analysis approach.
