PTC管桩竖向承载性能现场试验研究

In-situ Test Research on Vertical Bearing Capacity of PTC Pipe Pile

摘要: PTC管桩在桩基和复合地基中的所发挥的作用不同,其承载特性也存在着一定的差异,因此对PTC管桩的侧摩阻特性和端阻特性的研究具有十分重要的意义。通过设计9根不同桩长的预应力混凝土试验管桩,在3组不同地质条件的现场进行静载试验,得到不同桩长PTC管桩的荷载-位移曲线,探讨了PTC管桩在软土地区的承载特性;采用在桩体主筋上预设钢筋应力计和桩底预埋土压力盒的方法得到其不同截面的轴力和桩端阻力,进而分析了不同荷载级别下侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的发挥特性,同时确定了极限状态下侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的荷载分担比,并根据土质特性研究了PTC管桩与不同土质土体的摩擦系数。

Abstract: There are differences between the roles that PTC pipe piles play in pile foundation and composite foundation, so do its bearing characteristics. Therefore, the study on the characteristics of skin resistance and tip resistance of PTC pipe piles is of great importance. 9 prestressed concrete test pipe piles with different pile lengths were designed. Static load tests were carried out on the scenes of 3 sets of different geological conditions and the load-displacement curves of PTC pipe piles with different pile lengths were obtained. The bearing characteristics of PTC pipe pile in soft soil area were discussed. The axial force and pile tip resistance of different sections were obtained by pre-embedding the reinforced stress gauge in the main reinforcement of the pile and soil pressure box at the bottom of pile. And then the performance characteristics of skin resistance and pile tip resistance with different load levels were analyzed. Meanwhile, the load sharing ratio of skin resistance and pile tip resistance at the limited state was determined. Finally, according to soil characteristics, the friction coefficients between PTC piles and different soil were studied.
