基于模糊物元模型的三峡库区重庆段生态安全评价

Ecological Security Assessment of Chongqing Section of Three Gorges Reservoir Area Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Model

摘要: 以三峡库区(重庆段)为研究范围,构建了生态安全评价指标体系,以模糊物元原理和概念框架为基础,从社会、经济、自然地理特征等方面选取了 21个指标,确定22个区县的模糊物元评价矩阵,对研究区域各个区县进行生态安全进行评价并根据研究结果把生态安全分为“很不安全、不安全、安全、 很安全、非常安全”这5个等级,并与AHP-PSR的评价方法、结论进行了对比。研究认为:模糊物元模型评价过程对各个指标设定了从优隶属度和节域,其 结论较AHP-PSR评价结论更为科学;库区东北区域生态安全状况良好、库区西部的较发达区域应加强生态环境保护、缓解城市环境病症。

Abstract: Taking the Three Gorges Reservoir area (Chongqing section) as the research scope,the evaluation index system of ecological security was established. Based on fuzzy matter-element principle and conceptual framework,21 indicators were selected from the aspects of social,economic,natural geographical features and etc.,and the fuzzy matter-element evaluation matrix of 22 counties in the study area was determined. The ecological safety evaluation of the above counties in the research scope was carried out,and according to the research results the ecological security was divided into 5 grades,including “very insecure,insecure,relatively secure,secure and very secure”; meanwhile,it was compared with the evaluation method and conclusion of AHP-PSR method. Research results show that:in the evaluation process of fuzzy matter-element model,the optimal subordinate degree and joint domain of each index are set,and its conclusion is more scientific,compared with AHP-PSR evaluation results. In the northeast Three Gorges Reservoir area,the ecological security situation is good; in the relatively developed area of west Three Gorges Reservoir area,the ecological environment protection should be strengthened,and the city environmental diseases should be alleviated.
