新近吹填淤泥地基新型大面积砂被工作垫层工艺技术研发

摘要: 新近吹填淤泥地基经浅表层快速加固技术处理后可作为后续地基处理施工机械的工作平台。然而,该技术工期虽短但施工成本并不低。鉴于此,提 出了新型大面积砂被工作垫层的新思路,并对该类垫层地基的承载机制进行了定性分析,依托实际工程开展了现场对比试验研究。研究结果表明:① 新 型大面积砂被工作垫层是一种大型的空间立体式透水性结构,与下卧浮(流)泥地基可构成一个整体的承力体系,具有较高的承载力,其工作机理主要体现 为:似壳体效应(包括应力扩散效应与表层封闭效应)、侧向封闭效应(侧限作用)、排水固结作用和竖向加筋作用(仅指浮泥地基);② 新型大面积砂被工 作垫层(试验方案5)整体性好,封闭效应更优,能有效降低施工过程中周边淤泥地基的隆起程度,可作为新近吹填淤泥地基一次性真空预压处理的工作平 台。

Abstract: The newly hydraulic reclamation mud foundation can be treated as a working platform for the construction machinery of subsequent foundation treatment after rapid reinforcement of shallow surface.However,the construction period was short but the construction cost was not low.Therefore,a new idea of newly large area sand-quilt-cushion was put forward,and the bearing mechanism of this kind of cushion foundation was qualitatively analyzed.Based on the actual project,the field comparative test research was carried out.The research results show that:① The new type of large area sand-quilt-cushion is a large spatial and 3D permeable structure; combined with underlying floating (flow) mud foundation,it can form a whole bearing system with high bearing capacity.Its working mechanism is mainly reflected in the shell effect (including the stress diffusion effect and the surface closure effect),the lateral confinement effect,the drainage consolidation effect and the vertical reinforcement effect (only floating mud foundation).② The new type of large area sand-quit-cushion (the scheme 5) has good integrity and better sealing effect,which can effectively reduce the extent of uplift surrounding foundation during construction process.Therefore,it can be used as a one-time vacuum preloading platform for the newly hydraulic reclamation mud foundation.
