地铁区间小净距上叠风道施工力学效应研究

Mechanical Effect of Construction of Duct over the Subway Tunnel with SmallDistance

摘要: 依托重庆轨道交通四号线某区间小净距隧道小净距上叠风道施工过程,利用平面弹性复变函数理论将二维连通地铁小净距双洞隧道近似等效为一个椭圆单洞隧道,求解围岩压力;将计 算结果与二维数值模拟进行对比,分析证明等效计算模型实际可行;建立三维施工数值模型计算风道施工力学效应。通过三维模拟,分别找到在施工过程中应力和位移的4个控制点并分析。结 果表明:风道的开挖施工对被风道、区间隧道和风井三向类包围的岩土体有显著影响;推导的二维简化计算模型可用于类似连通小净距隧道的简化计算,尤其小净距隧道的联络通道段;对风 道开挖的三维模拟结果可用于指导同类型风道上叠工程。

Abstract: Based on the construction process of over-lapping wind-duct with small-distance connecting tunnel in a certain interval of Line 4 in Chongqing rail transit, the two dimensional small-distance two-hole tunnel was regarded as an elliptical single-hole tunnel with the plane elastic complex theory, and the pressure of surrounding rock was solved. Comparing the calculated results with two-dimensional numerical simulation, it is proved that the equivalent calculation model is feasible. According to the research results, a three-dimensional construction numerical model was established to calculate the mechanical effect of wind-duct duct. Through the three-dimensional simulation, 4 essential points of the stress and displacement in the construction process were found out and analyzed respectively. The analysis results show that the excavation of the wind-duct has a significant effect on the surrounding rock and soil of the wind-duct, the interval tunnel and ventilating shaft. The deduced two-dimensional simplified calculation model can be used to simplify the calculation of similar connecting small-distance tunnels, especially liaison passage of small-distance tunnels. At the same time, the three-dimensional simulation results of wind-duct excavation can be used to guide the overlapping wind-duct engineering with the same type.
