水性环氧树脂对SBR乳化沥青的复合改性作用

Research on the Compound Modification Effect of Waterborne Epoxy Resin on SBR Emulsified Asphalt

摘要: 研究了不同掺配比例的水性环氧树脂对两种常见类型的阳离子SBR改性乳化沥青性能影响,采用蒸发残留物三大指标评价了复合改性乳化沥青的性能,基于 单因素方差分析,采用48 h浸水马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂抗拉强度、湿轮磨耗试验评价了水性环氧树脂和SBR在BCR型阳离子乳化沥青混合料中发挥的复合改性作 用。结果表明:适量水性环氧树脂的掺入可以提高SBR改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物软化点、混合料的高温稳定性以及耐磨耗剥落能力,高掺量的水性环氧树脂会削弱 SBR改性乳化沥青的低温延度以及混合料的抗冻融性能,高固含量的SBR改性乳化沥青不适宜再掺入高掺量的水性环氧树脂作为复合改性剂,通过室内试验推荐了 不同类型SBR乳化沥青的水性环氧树脂掺量。

Abstract: The effects of different blending ratio of waterborne epoxy resin on the properties of evaporation residue of two common types of SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt were studied. Based on one-way ANOVA, the compound modification of waterborne epoxy resin and SBR in the mixed emulsified asphalt mixture were analyzed by 48h immersion Marshall stability, freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength and wet track abrasion test. The results show that the addition of waterborne epoxy resin can increase the softening point of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue and improve the temperature stability and wear resistance stability of emulsified asphalt mixture. The high content of waterborne epoxy resin obviously weakens the temperature ductility of SBR modified emulsified asphalt and the frost resistance of its mixture. High solid content SBR modified emulsified asphalt is not suitable to mix with high ratio of waterborne epoxy resin as compound modifier. Through the tests, waterborne epoxy resin content was recommended for different types of SBR emulsified asphalt.
