古滑坡泥灰岩模拟相似材料试验研究

Experimental Study on Simulated Similar Materials of Ancient Landslide Marl

摘要: 为了确定“李家湾”古滑坡模型试验中泥灰岩相似材料的最佳配合比,通过正交试验原理设计试验方案,以重晶石粉、石英砂、石膏和水为原料配置了泥灰岩相似材料,获得了不同配比相似材料的弹性模量、黏聚力和内摩擦角等物理力学指标、应力应变关系曲线以及破坏形态,最后采用正交试验分析方法得到了各因素的敏感性,并研究了各因素对相似材料物理力学指标的影响规律,研究表明:重晶石粉对岩石相似材料的抗压强度影响最大;石膏对岩石相似材料的弹性模量和黏聚力影响最大;石英砂对岩体相似材料的内摩擦角和泊松比影响最大;岩体相似材料的应力应变曲线与第三系软岩中的泥灰岩应力-应变关系曲线基本相同;对于岩体相似材料的破坏形态基本上是脆性劈裂破坏或者是脆性张拉破坏,能够较好的模拟泥灰岩的应力应变曲线以及破坏形式;通过拟定相似比,采用极差分析确定出模拟泥灰岩的相似材料最佳配合比。

Abstract: In order to determine the optimum mix ratio of similar marl materials in the ancient landslide model test of “Lijiawan”, the test scheme was designed by orthogonal test principle. Using barite powder, quartz sand, gypsum and water as raw materials, similar marl materials were prepared. Physical and mechanical indexes such as elastic modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle, stress-strain relationship curves and failure modes of similar materials with different proportions were obtained. Finally, the sensitivity of each factor was analyzed by the orthogonal principle. The influence rule of various factors on the physical and mechanical properties of similar materials were studied. The research shows that: barite powder has the greatest impact on the compressive strength of rock-like materials; gypsum has the greatest impact on the elastic modulus and cohesion of similar rock materials; quartz sand has the greatest influence on the internal friction angle and Poisson’s ratio of similar rock materials. The stress-strain curves of similar rock mass materials are basically the same as the stress-strain curves of the marl in the third series of soft rocks. For similar materials of rock mass, the failure mode is brittle splitting failure or brittle tension failure, which can simulate the stress-strain curve and failure mode of marl better. By drawing up the similarity ratio, the optimum mixture ratio of similar materials for simulating marl is determined by range analysis.
