基于试验的徐变模型修正及桥梁线型分析方法

Modification of Creep Model Based on Experiment and Bridge Linear Analysis Method

摘要: 针对有限元软件中考虑徐变作用时直接选用规范值导致模拟结果精度不足的问题,提出先进行混凝土受压徐变试验,后将试验数据应用于有限元软件进行模拟分析的方法。基于鲍罗克斯和内维尔建立的徐变预测经验式,在短期试验数据的基础上进行修正,得到适用于笔者C55混凝土的长期徐变预测模型。研究结果表明:现有徐变预测模型与试验实测徐变发展规律之间存在一定的差异性,该差异会对桥梁线型模拟结果造成显著影响,且影响会随着时间增长而增大;建立长期徐变预测模型时,适当增加短期试验时间,可有效提高预测精度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of inaccuracy of simulation results caused by direct selection of norm values in finite element software with consideration of creep, a method was proposed that concrete creep test under compression should be carried out first, and then the tested data should be applied to finite element software for simulation analysis. Based on the empirical creep prediction formulas established by J.J.Brooks and Neville, the long-term creep prediction model for C55 concrete was obtained by modifying the short-term test data. The research results show that: there are some differences between the creep development law of the existing creep prediction models and that measured by the experiment, which will have a significant impact on the simulation results of bridge alignment, and the impact will increase with time; when establishing a long-term creep prediction model, the prediction accuracy can be effectively improved by increasing the short-term test time appropriately.
