Elastic Local Shear Buckling Stregth of Trapezoidal Corrugated Steel Webs

摘要: 波形钢腹板的弹性局部剪切屈曲强度虽然已有明确的计算公式,但公式只适用于平子板宽度与斜子板宽度相近时,当两者相差较大时其适用性较差。结合理论分析和数值模拟,研究不同尺寸波形钢腹板的弹性局部屈曲,分析了现有计算公式用于计算弹性局部屈曲强度时的局限性,揭示子板窄宽比对屈曲强度的影响。通过量化分析,对现有计算公式进行了合理修正,提出了适用范围更广的波形钢腹板的弹性局部屈曲强度计算公式,经过算例验证公式精度较高。

Abstract: Although the elastic local shear buckling strength of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs has a definite formula, the formula is only applicable to the case where the width of the flat sub-panel is similar to that of the inclined sub-panel; its applicability is relatively poor when the difference between the two is large. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the elastic local buckling of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs of different sizes was studied, the limitation of the existing calculation formulae for calculating the elastic local buckling strength was analyzed, and the influence of the narrow-width ratio on the buckling strength of the sub-panels was revealed. By means of quantitative analysis, the current calculation formula was revised reasonably. The calculation formula of the elastic local buckling strength of the trapezoidal corrugated steel webs with wider application range was proposed, and the proposed formula was proved to be more accurate by the example of calculation.
