基于明色铺装对隧道照明质量的研究

Tunnel Lighting Quality Based on Bright Color Pavement

摘要: 利用雨花石和钢化废玻璃两种明色材料,拟定10种铺装方案对隧道铺装路用性能和照明节能性能进行研究。结果表明:在沥青混合料中嵌入明色材料后,虽混合料水稳定性略有下降,飞散质量损失较普通AC-13要多,但仍能满足规范要求,并且抗滑性却略有提升。此外,利用自主研发的隧道模拟装置,通过亮度指标、路面反射系数对这10种铺装方案进行评价分析,发现嵌入钢化废玻璃使隧道路面的平均亮度提高13%~20%,浅色雨花石可提高7%~17%,反射系数随明色材料掺入的粒径和掺入量的增多而增加。利用小目标可见度和反应时间的室内模型试验研究明色铺装对隧道照明质量的影响,发现用明色材料替换4.75粒径档次铺装方案,既能有效提高路面平均亮度的同时也保证了路面总均匀度,同时能提高隧道照明质量和隧道行车安全。

Abstract: By using two kinds of bright-colored materials, such as Yuhua stone and tempered waste glass, 10 kinds of pavement schemes were drawn up to study the road performance and lighting energy-saving performance of tunnel pavement. The results show that: after embedding bright-colored material in asphalt mixture, although the water stability of asphalt mixture decreases slightly and the mass loss of the scattering is more than that of the ordinary AC-13, it can still meet the specification requirements, and the skid resistance is slightly improved. In addition,by using the self-developed tunnel simulation device,the 10 pavement schemes were evaluated and analyzed by brightness index and road reflection coefficients. It is found that the average brightness of tunnel pavement can be increased by 13%~20% by embedding tempered waste glass, and 7%~17% by adding light-colored Yuhua stone.The reflection coefficients increase with the increase of particle size and amount of bright-colored materials.Finally, an indoor model test of small target visibility and reaction time was used to study the effect of bright color pavement on tunnel lighting quality.It is found that replacing the 4.75 particle size grade paving scheme with bright color materials can not only effectively improve the average brightness of pavement, but also ensure the overall uniformity of pavement, and improve the tunnel lighting quality and tunnel driving safety at the same time.
