基于BIM技术的框架桥下穿既有铁路智慧监测平台研究

Intelligent Monitoring Platform of Frame Bridge Underpassing Existing Railway Based on BIM

摘要: 在总结大量框架桥监测工程及BIM技术应用的基础上,探索和研发了基于BIM技术的框架桥下穿既有铁路智慧监测平台。以福建龙岩市永定区凤城街道下坑一路框架桥下穿漳龙线铁路工程实践,融合自动监测系统、视频安全监控系统、云端数据存储和综合预警系统,通过发挥BIM技术的实时可视化、信息共享等特性,将框架桥顶进施工监测信息通过BIM模型快速准确的传递给参建单位,将监测数据采集、存储、分析、处理的自动化技术和预警系统结合,对监测数据实时分析拟合预测变形趋势,保证了框架桥下穿既有铁路的安全施工。

Abstract: Based on summarizing a large number of frame bridge monitoring projects and BIM technology engineering applications, the intelligent monitoring platform of frame bridge existing railway underpassing based on BIM Technology was explored and developed. The construction practice of Xiakeng first road frame bridge underpassing Fengcheng street, Yongding District, Longyan City was taken as an exapmple, which integrated the automatic monitoring system, video security monitoring system, cloud data storage and the integrated early warning system. By giving full play to the features of BIM technology, such as real-time visualization, information sharing, the monitoring information of frame bridge jacking construction was quickly and accurately transmitted to the participating units through BIM model. The automatic technology of collection, storage, analysis and processing of the monitoring data was combined with the early warning system. The monitoring data were analyzed and fitted in real time to predict the deformation trend, so as to ensure the safe construction of the frame bridge underpassing the existing railway.
