走行轮轮胎带束层帘线性能参数对轮胎磨损影响规律研究

Influence Rule of Belt Cord Performance Parameters of Running Wheel Tire on Tire Wear

摘要: 跨座式单轨车辆的走行轮胎在实际运行中会发生严重的磨损。为厘清走行轮胎带束层帘线弹性模量和角度变化对轮胎磨损性能的影响规律,以走行轮径向刚度参数作为轮胎磨损性能的评价指标,对走行轮胎径向刚度随不同带束层帘线弹性模量和带束层帘线角度的变化规律进行研究;并对带束层帘线角度影响因子进行灵敏度分析。研究结果表明:带束层帘线弹性模量对轮胎的磨损性能影响较小;走行轮胎第2带束层帘线角度对轮胎的磨损性能影响程度最大、最敏感;第2带束层帘线角度越大,走行轮胎磨损性能越差;第1、3带束层帘线角度越大,走行轮胎磨损性能越好。

Abstract: The running wheel tires of straddle type monorail vehicles will be seriously worn in actual operation. In order to clarify the influence rule of elastic modulus and angle change of belt ply cord on tire wear performance, the radial stiffness of running wheel was taken as the evaluation index of tire wear performance. The variation rule of radial stiffness of running wheel tire changing with different elastic modulus of belt ply cord and angle of belt ply cord was studied, and the sensitivity analysis of the influence factors of the angle of the belt ply cord was carried out. The research results show that the elastic modulus of belt ply cord has little effect on the wear performance of tire; the second belt ply cord angle of the running wheel tire has the greatest and most sensitive effect on the wear performance of tire; the larger the second belt ply cord angle, the worse the wear performance of running wheel tire; the larger the first and third belt ply cord angles, the better the wear performance of running wheel tire.
