DZFH新型道路抗裂贴防反射裂缝性能研究

Performance Study of Reflective Resistance Crack of DZFH Road Crack Paste

摘要: 为了给实体工程推荐较优的防反技术,针对重载条件下复合式路面的反射裂缝问题,选取MTS疲劳加载试验和滚动荷载疲劳加载试验,对DZFH新型 道路抗裂贴防治复合式路面反射裂缝的性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:在重载交通条件下,DZFH新型道路抗裂贴防治复合式路面反射裂缝性能良好,在 防止反射裂缝产生和延缓反射裂缝扩展阶段的防反效果明显优于玻纤格栅和聚酯玻纤布;且道路抗裂贴自身抗拉强度越大,其防反性能越好。建议在复合 式路面实体工程中选用抗拉强度较高的道路抗裂贴,不仅能提升路面防治反射裂缝的性能,还能做到常温施工。

Abstract: In order to recommend better reflective resistance technology for entity engineering,MTS fatigue loading test and rolling load fatigue loading test were selected to study the performance of DZFH road crack paste on preventing and treating the reflective crack of composite pavement under the condition of overloads.The results show that new DZFH road crack paste has good performance on preventing and treating the reflective crack of composite pavement under the condition of overloads,which has a significantly better reflective resistance performance at the stage of preventing the reflection crack and delaying the crack propagation than glass fiber grid and fiberglass-polyester paving mat do.The higher the tensile strength of road crack paste,the better its reflective resistance performance.Road crack paste with high tensile strength is suggested to be used in composite pavement entity engineering,which can not only improve the performance of preventing and treating reflective cracks on the road surface,but also can carry out the construction at normal temperature.
