温拌沥青混合料压实特性影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Compaction Characteristics of Warm Mix Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 为掌握温拌沥青混合料压实特性影响因素,基于旋转压实密实曲线,对压实能量指数CEI、交通密实指数TDI、斜率K1、K2的物理意义进行了分析;并研究温拌剂掺量、集料棱角性和级配特征对沥青混合料上述4个压实特性参数的影响。研究结果表明:Sasobit温拌剂能改善沥青混合料施工中可压实性及开放交通后的抗变形能力,且随温拌剂掺量的增加改善效果逐渐增强;集料棱角性越好其制备沥青混合料的可压实性越差,但开放交通后的抗变形能力越好;级配公称最大粒径增加或级配变粗时制备的沥青混合料可压实性变差,开放交通后的抗变形能力与级配公称最大粒径和级配粗细未呈明显关系。

Abstract: In order to master the influencing factors of compaction characteristics of warm mix asphalt mixture, the physical significance of compaction energy index CEI, traffic densification index TDI, slope K1 and K2 was analyzed based on the gyratory compaction densification curve. The influence of the content of warm mixing agent, aggregate angularity and gradation on the above four compaction parameters of asphalt mixture was researched. The results show that Sasobit warm mixing agent can improve the compressibility of asphalt mixture in construction and the anti-deformation ability of asphalt mixture after open traffic, and the improvement effect is gradually enhanced with the increase of the content of warm mixing agent. When the aggregate angularity becomes better, the compressibility of the prepared asphalt mixture becomes worse, but the anti-deformation ability after open traffic becomes better. When the nominal maximum particle size of gradation increases or the gradation becomes coarse in asphalt mixture, its compressibility becomes worse, but the anti-deformation ability of asphalt mixture after open traffic is not significantly related to the nominal maximum particle size of gradation and the gradation thickness.
