船舶岸基供电多样化设计及其应用研究

Diversified Design of Onshore Power Supply for Ships and Its Application

摘要: 岸基供电是发展绿色港口的重要措施之一,目前对于不同工况下岸电电源的组成、连接装置布置以及连接效率的实际应用问题,并没有有效的解决方案,并且建设项目过多,不符合实际应用的需求,会造成配置过剩、成本过高、投资难以回收等问题。提出的多样化设计方案,利用典型的单泊位岸电配电方案,根据用户需求以及船舶实际使用岸电情况,完成岸基供配电的设计,满足港口岸电使用功能性、经济性需求。方案基于模块化设计思路,实际应用主要体现在供电容量和接口数量灵活配置、快速连接。另外,提出适应水位变化工况的港口岸电整体解决方案,提出适应复杂环境的船岸连接设计思路,为港口岸电的全覆盖提供技术支持。

Abstract: Onshore power supply is one of the important measures for developing green port. But there is no effective solution presently to solve the practical problems for the composition of shore power supply, the arrangement of connection devices and the connection efficiency under different working conditions. Furthermore, too many construction projects do not meet the needs of practical application, which will cause excessive configuration, high cost, difficulty to recover investment and other problems. The diversified design was proposed. According to the demand of users and the actual situation of ship using onshore power, the design of onshore based power supply was completed by the typical single-berth onshore power scheme to meet the functional and economic demand of port power use. Based on the modular design idea, the practical application of the proposed scheme was mainly reflected in the flexible configuration and fast connection of power supply capacity and the number of interfaces. In addition, the overall solution of onshore power to adapt to the changing water level was proposed, the design idea of ship-to-shore connection to adapt to the complex environment was also proposed, so as to provide technical support for the full coverage of port shore power.
