自融雪剂对沥青混合料性能影响研究

Effect of Self-melting Snow Agent on Performance of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 为分析自融雪路面中的自融雪剂的添加对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,笔者分别对掺量为0%、30%、60%和100%的Mafilon(MFL)沥青混合料以及自研发的融雪剂(ZRX)沥青混合料进行车辙实验、小梁弯曲试验、水稳定性试验以及自制的降水冲刷试验,对比其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。研究结果表明:融雪剂对于沥青混合料的高、低温性能均有不利影响,但都满足规范要求;在评价自融雪沥青混合料水稳定性时,有必要先动水冲刷48小时;融雪剂对于沥青混合料的水稳定性的影响较大,掺量为100%的MFL沥青混合料甚至低于规范要求,使用消石灰或抗剥落剂均能明显改善自融雪沥青混合料的水稳定性,且最佳添加量分别为1.5%或0.5%;ZRX沥青混合料的高、低温和水稳定性能与掺量为60%的MFL沥青混合料相似。

Abstract: In order to analyze the effect of the addition of self-melting snow agent in the self-melting snow pavement on the road performance of asphalt mixture, the Mafilon (MFL) asphalt mixture with 0%, 30%, 60% and 100% dosage and the self-melting agent (ZRX) asphalt mixture were respectively subjected to rutting test, beam bending test, water stability test and self-made precipitation scouring test to compare the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability.The research results show that the snow-melting agent has adverse effect on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture, but both of them meet the requirements of the specification.It is necessary to scour 48 hours before evaluating water stability of asphalt mixture with self-melting snow agent. The snow-melting agent affects the water stability of asphalt mixture greatly. The addition of 100% MFL asphalt mixture is even lower than the specification requirements,and the use of slaked lime or anti-stripping agent can significantly improve the water stability of the self-melting snow asphalt mixture,and the best addition is 1.5% or 0.5% respectively.The high temperature, low temperature and water stability of ZRX asphalt mixture are similar to those of MFL asphalt mixture with 60%.
