基于差异系数的城乡客运一体化评价模型修正

Revision of Urban-Rural Passenger Transport Integration Evaluation Model Based on Difference Coefficients

摘要: 将差异性原则引入城乡客运一体化服务水平评价,通过TOPSIS模型,归一化处理城镇化率、乡镇常住人口等7个指标,计算得到各指标与理想解之间的距离值和贴近度,以此确定不同城市之间的差异系数,从而修正城乡客运一体化发展水平评价模型,并将实例数据代入模型,验证模型的可靠性。通过对5个县级市进行实例分析,结果表明:该模型能够较客观地预测城乡客运一体化水平,且比较充分的考虑了由城市经济、人口、规模等对评价结果带来的影响,可适用于县级城市之间的城乡客运一体化发展水平对比。

Abstract: The principle of difference was introduced into the evaluation of the integrated urban-rural passenger transportation service level, and 7 indicators were normalized through the TOPSIS model, including urbanization rate and permanent population of the town, etc. The distance value and closeness between each indicator and the ideal solution were calculated to determine the difference coefficients of different cities. Therefore, the evaluation model of urban-rural passenger transport integration development level was modified, and the case data was substituted into the model to verify the reliability of the model. Through the case analysis of five county-level cities, the results show that: the proposed model can objectively predict the level of urban-rural passenger transport integration, and fully considers the impact of urban economy, population and scale on the evaluation results, and can be applied to the comparison of urban-rural passenger transport integration development level between county-level cities.
