带钢端头的装配式混凝土梁柱中节点滞回性能试验研究

Experimental Research on Hysteresis Behavior of Prefabricated Concrete Beam-Column Joint with Steel End Connector

摘要: 为解决装配式混凝土梁柱中节点连接复杂的问题,提出采用钢端头进行连接。设计了3个带钢端头连接的装配式混凝土梁柱中节点ZGJ-1、ZGJ-2和ZGJ-3,开展了低周反复荷载试验,研究了水平连接板间腹板的设置及伸入预制梁内钢端头的长度对中节点滞回性能的影响。结果表明:带钢端头的新型装配式混凝土梁柱中节点抗震性能良好;伸入预制梁内钢端头的长度对中节点性能影响不大;水平连接板间设置腹板能较大程度提高中节点的抗震性能。

Abstract: To solve the problem of the complicated connection of prefabricated concrete beam-column joints, the connection with steel end connector was proposed. Three prefabricated concrete beam-column joints with steel end connector, named ZGJ-1, ZGJ-2 and ZGJ-3, were designed. Through the low-cycle cyclic loading test, the influence of the web setting between the horizontal connecting plates and the length of the steel end extending into the precast beam on the hysteretic behavior of the joint was studied. The test results show that the new type of prefabricated concrete beam-column joints with steel end connector has good seismic behavior. The length of the steel end connector extending into the precast beam has little influence on the performance of the joints, and the setting of the web between the horizontal connecting plates can greatly improve the seismic behavior of the joints.
