车体铰接式跨座式单轨列车运行稳定性分析

Operation Stability Analysis of Articulated Straddle Monorail Train

摘要: 传统跨座式单轨列车每节车体由两个转向架承载,为了减少转向架的数量,实现跨座式单轨的轻量化设计,融合跨座式单轨列车结构及铰接式车辆特点,设计了一种新型的三模块铰接式跨座式单轨。基于动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立其动力学模型,并对该模型在空载工况下以3种不同速度通过半径100 m曲线进行运行稳定性能仿真实验。仿真结果表明:三模块铰接式跨座式单轨列车以3种不同速度通过半径100 m曲线时,运行稳定性良好,但列车的运行稳定性随着速度的增加逐渐变差。

Abstract: Each section of the traditional straddle monorail train was carried by two bogies body. In order to reduce the number of bogies and realize the lightweight design of straddle monorail, a new type of three-module articulated straddle monorail was designed by integrating the structure of straddle monorail and the characteristics of articulated monorail. The dynamics model was established based on the dynamics simulation software SIMPACK, and the simulation experiments on the stability performance of the model under no-load condition were carried out at three different speeds through the radius 100m curve. The simulation results show that the three module articulated straddle monorail trains run well at 3 different speeds through the radius 100m curve, but the operation stability of the train becomes gradually worse with the increase of speed.
