基于数据包络分析的交叉口信号控制效率评价方法

Evaluation Method of Intersection Signal Control Efficiency Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要: 随着城市汽车保有量不断增加,很多城市交叉口运行效率不高,频繁出现拥堵现象,信号控制效率难以匹配实际的交通情况,我国缺乏针对交叉口信号控制方案效率评价的统一标准。为了评价信号交叉口控制方案效率的优劣性,为给相关部门选择交叉口信号方案提供参考,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,选取交叉口车辆排队长度、平均行车延误、停车次数作为评价输入指标,绿灯利用率、交通量作为评价输出指标。最后选取实例进行验证,仿真结果表明:所提出的交叉口信号控制效率评价方法是可行的。

Abstract: With the continuous increase of urban vehicle ownership, the operation efficiency of many urban intersections is not high, frequent congestion occurs and the signal control efficiency is difficult to match the actual traffic situation. China lacks a unified standard for the efficiency evaluation of intersection signal control scheme. In order to evaluate the efficiency of signalized intersection control scheme and provide reference for relevant departments to select intersection signal scheme, data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was used to select intersection vehicle queue length, average driving delay and parking times as evaluation input indexes, green light utilization rate and traffic volume as evaluation output indexes. Finally, an example was selected for verification. The simulation results show that the proposed evaluation method of intersection signal control efficiency is feasible.
