摘要: 为研究水泥混凝土全时域损伤破坏过程的声发射信号变化规律,对水泥混凝土试件进行单轴压缩试验,全程采用声发射进行损伤信号采集。将荷载-位移曲线与声发射信号参数相结合,对混凝土试件全时域损伤过程进行阶段划分,分析混凝土受载损伤各阶段声发射信号参数的变化特征;研究混凝土损伤破坏各阶段b值变化规律;引入频率因子H,分析试件损伤过程中频率变化。结果表明:混凝土损伤过程可分为4个阶段,声发射信号特征在各个阶段具有明显的差异;b值可作为混凝土损伤评价的重要手段,在损伤阶段划分时,相较声发射参数,b值更为简捷直观;高频率声发射(AE)信号占比的骤增可以作为预警监控的重要指标。

Abstract: In order to study the variation law of acoustic emission signals during the damage and failure process of cement concrete in the full time domain, the uniaxial compression tests were carried out on cement concrete specimens, and acoustic emission was used to collect damage signals in the whole process. By combining the load-displacement curve with AE signal parameters, the damage process of concrete specimens in the full time domain was divided into stages, and the variation characteristics of AE signal parameters in each stage of concrete load-bearing damage were analyzed. The variation law of b value in each stage of concrete damage was studied. Frequency factor H was introduced to analyze the frequency change of specimens during damage. The results show that the concrete damage process can be divided into four stages, and acoustic emission signal characteristics have obvious differences in each stage; b value can be used as an important means for concrete damage evaluation. When the damage stage is divided, it is more simple and intuitive compared with acoustic emission parameters. The sudden increase of the proportion of high frequency AE signals can be used as an important indicator of early warning and monitoring.
