基于DXF组码的盾构隧道管片结构自动出图研究

Automatic Drawing of Shield Tunnel Segment Structure Based on DXF Group Code

摘要: 当前盾构隧道管片结构图绘制主要依靠设计人员借助CAD绘图软件实现,其流程复杂,难以精准、快速实现管片结构立面图、剖面图等绘制。在明确管片结构出图需求基础上,通过研究DXF文件组码格式,定义基本图元,结合盾构隧道管片结构几何参数特点,对管片结构各构件进行参数化设计。基于几何布尔运算,提取管片结构轮廓并确定各构件位置,将各构件拼装组成完整结构图。利用C++编程语言,基于面向对象的思想进行模块化设计,开发管片结构自动出图软件,自动生成管片结构图,研究表明其精度高、速度快,提高了设计人员的生产效率。

Abstract: The drawing process of current shield segment structure is mainly realized by designers with the help of CAD drawing software, the process is complex and it’s difficult to accurately and quickly realize the drawing of segment structure elevation and section. On the basis of clarifying the drawing requirements of segment structure, the parametric design of each component of segment structure was carried out by studying the group code format of DXF file, defining the basic elements, and combining with the geometric parameter characteristics of shield tunnel segment structure. Based on geometric Boolean operation, the segment structure contour was extracted, and the position of each component was determined, and each component was assembled to form a complete structure diagram. Using C++ programming language and based on the idea of object-oriented, the modular design was carried out, the automatic drawing software of segment structure was developed, and the segment structure diagram was automatically generated. The results show that the proposed design has high precision and fast speed and improves the production efficiency of designers.
