摘要： BOT是一种国际性项目融资的新方式. 笔者分析了BOT在我国基础设施建设中的作用, 以及实施BOT 融资中遇到的问题, 并探讨了进一步推行BOT的有关举措.

Abstract: This paper analyses the roles of BOT in Chinas infrastructure constructions and the relevant problems therein. At the same time, it devotes a discussion to some policies and countermeasures for China's applications of BOT in infrastructure constructions.
