摘要/Abstract

摘要： 物流配送中心是物流系统的重要组成部分，合理的配送中心选址可以降低配送中心的运营成本和建造成本．本文首先评析单一配送中心选址方法中的重心法模型的优缺点，然后针对这些缺点提出了一个既能用于单一配送中心选址也能用多个配送中心选址、既考虑了变动成本又考虑了固定成本的更符合实际需要的离散选址模型．

关键词: 物流配送中心, 重心法, 离散模型

Abstract: Logistics distribution center is an important part of modem logistics system．And running expense and building expense could be reduced greatly by selecting appropriate address of logistics distribution center．On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of barycentric method，a discrete locating model is offered in this paper．The model in the paper can be apphed to single distribution centerlocation and multi-distilbution centerlocation，and it takes both variant cost and fix cost into comidemtion．So it is more powerful in practice．
