Numerical Simulation of Contact Status on Connection Structure with Pre-tightening Porous Silicone Rubber Cushion

摘要: 带预紧硅泡沫垫层结构的垫层和与之接触的内层刚体以及外层壳体之间的良好接触是结构安全的保证,在工 作环境中,接触状态在不断改变,并据此分析了影响该种结构接触状态的主要控制因素,为进一步研究接触表面之 间的接触分离以及相对滑移现象产生的机理提供了研究思路.应用有限元软件ABAQUS对该结构在多个控制因素 组合情况下的动力学响应进行了数值计算,着重分析了接触压应力与部分控制因素之间的关系,结果可为工程设计 提供依据.

Abstract: The 2D mechanicel modal of the connection structure with pre-tightening silicone rubber is presented.Whether this structure woes safely lies on the dynamic response ofthe system under the action of external load,mainly on the contact status of the two sur[aces and the main controlling factors of the dynamic response of the system under the action of external load.which are analyzed in detail.The numerical simulation of dynamic response of this system as some controlling factors changed is carried out by finite element software ABAQUS.Some useful conclusions are drawn.which can be used for engi- neering design.
