基于实测的混凝土箱梁底板温度梯度研究

Bottom Plate Temperature Gradients of Concrete Box-Girder Based on the Measured Data

摘要: 温度效应是影响混凝土箱梁桥受力和变形的重要因素。为了探究箱梁底板温度梯度对于结构的影响,对比了国内外桥梁规范中混凝土箱梁竖向温度梯度中底板温度梯度的差异。基于苏通大桥辅桥将近1年的实测温度数据,根据最小二乘法得到实测竖向正、负温度梯度。建立苏通大桥辅桥有限元模型,对实测竖向温度梯度中考虑与不考虑底板温度梯度的温度效应进行分析。结果表明:竖向正温度梯度中不考虑底板温度梯度对于温度应力分析结果是偏于安全的;竖向负温度梯度中不考虑底板则是偏于不安全的,且拉应力的增量不可忽略;建议对竖向正、负温度梯度的分布模式及特征值分开设置,以保证分析结果可靠。

Abstract: Temperature effect is an important factor that affects the stress and deformation of concrete box-girder bridges.In order to explore the impact of the bottom plate temperature gradients on the structure,the differences of the bottom plate temperature gradients in vertical temperature gradients of concrete box-girders in both domestic and foreign bridge design codes were contrasted.Based on the measured temperature data of the auxiliary bridge of Sutong Bridge in nearly one year,the measured vertical positive and negative temperature gradients of concrete box-girder were obtained with the least square method.The temperature effect of the measured vertical temperature gradients with and without considering bottom plate temperature gradients was analyzed based on the finite element model of Sutong Bridge.The results show that:without considering bottom plate temperature gradients,vertical positive temperature gradients tend to be safe for the analysis results of temperature stress; but without considering bottom plate temperature gradients,vertical negative temperature gradients tend to be unsafe and the increment of tensile stress can’t be ignored.It is recommended that the distribution modes and characteristic value of vertical positive and negative temperature gradients should be set separately to ensure the reliability of the analysis results.
