基于M-C准则的沥青路面多种破坏的统一力学指标及其应用

Unified Mechanical Index of Multiple Damage Phenomena of Asphalt Pavement Based on M-C Criterion and Its Application

摘要: 基于M-C准则,初步提出了一种沥青路面多种破坏现象的统一力学控制指标——路面损伤潜在指数(APPDI)。以5条高速公路沥青路面为例,在有限元计算的基础上利用APPDI分析其路面破坏的力学模式。结果表明:应力的主应力组成对沥青路面的破坏有很大的影响,主应力的多种不同组成状态分别对应不同温度下车辙、Top-Down裂纹和层底弯拉。APPDI结合应力莫尔圆及其在路面结构中出现的位置,可以判断沥青路面结构的破坏形式,为解释路面破坏机理及优化路面设计提供了一定理论基础。

Abstract: Based on the M-C criterion, a unified mechanical control index of asphalt pavement with multiple damage phenomena was proposed, that is asphalt pavement potential damage index(APPDI). Taking asphalt pavement of 5 highways as examples, using APPDI to analyze the mechanical models of pavement damage was studied on the basis of FEM calculation. The results indicate that the composition of the principal stress has a great influence on asphalt pavement damage. The different components of the principle stress are corresponding to different rutting, Top-Down cracks and bottom floor tension under different temperature. Combined with Mohr circle and the location in the pavement structure, APPDI can be used to judge damage forms of the asphalt pavement, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the interpretation of pavement failure mechanism and the optimization of pavement design.
