基于DSR Time-Sweep的沥青常应变疲劳演化规律分析

Fatigue Evolution Law of Asphalt under Constant Strain Based on DSR Time-Sweep

摘要: 为了研究沥青疲劳特性在常应变模式下的演化规律,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR),在应变控制模式下对70#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青进行连续加载疲 劳试验,获得基于复数剪切模量(G*)、耗散能变化率(DR)和累计耗散能比(DER)三种物理指标对应的疲劳曲线,并通过疲劳曲线分析沥青疲劳破坏过程。 试验结果表明:70#基质沥青的疲劳曲线变化有规律,能较好的表征沥青疲劳破坏过程,确定沥青疲劳寿命;耗散能变化率无法用于表征SBS改性沥青疲劳 破坏规律;在相同分析方法中,SBS改性沥青疲劳寿命优于70#基质沥青;随着应变增加,两种沥青疲劳寿命均下降。

Abstract: In order to research the fatigue evolution law of asphalt under constant strain,the Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) was used to conduct the time-sweep test on 70# base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt in strain control model.The asphalt fatigue curve based on complex shear modulus (G*),damage energy change rate (DR) and cumulative damaged energy ratio (DER) was obtained and the fatigue failure process was analyzed by the fatigue curve.The results show that the fatigue curve of 70# base asphalt has regularity,which can better characterize the fatigue failure process of asphalt and determine the fatigue life of asphalt.The dissipative energy change rate can not be used to represent the fatigue failure law of SBS modified asphalt.In addition,the fatigue life of SBS modified asphalt is better than that of 70 # asphalt with the same analysis method,and the fatigue life of both asphalt decreases with the increase of loading strain.
