模拟自然条件下UHPC-TPO复合构件耐老化性能研究

Research on Aging-Resistance Performance of UHPC-TPO Composite Component Based on Simulated Natural Conditions

摘要: 为研究环境因素对UHPC(ultra-high performance concrete)-TPO(thin polymer overlay)复合构件耐老化性能的影响,分别基于“紫外光照”、“紫外光照+水浸泡”、“紫外光照+10%NaCl溶液浸泡”、“紫外光照+高温”这4种条件对复合试件进行模拟,并采用拉拔试验和剪切试验,分析了不同环境因素对层间黏结性能影响;采用渗水试验和表面构造深度测试,探讨环境条件对透水性和表面粗糙度等路用性能影响。试验结果表明:对UHPC-TPO复合构件层间黏结性能影响程度排序:紫外光照+高温>紫外光照+氯盐浸泡>紫外光照+水浸泡>紫外光照;层间黏结强度劣化规律可用指数函数表征;经历4种模拟后,UHPC-TPO层间黏结强度分别为3.56、3.48、2.96、2.80 MPa,斜剪强度分别为10.32、9.95、9.18、8.59 MPa;环境因素对复合构件渗水性及表面构造深度的影响可忽略。

Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of environmental factors on the aging-resistance performance of UHPC-TPO (ultra-high performance concrete and thin polymer overlay), different environment conditions were simulated, such as “UV irradiation”, “UV irradiation +water soaking”, “UV irradiation +10%NaCl solution immersion”, and “UV irradiation + high temperature”. After the environmental simulations, pull-off tests and shear tests were carried out to analyze the effects of environmental conditions on the mechanical properties of the interlayer between UHPC-TPO. Water-penetration tests and surface structural depth tests were carried out to study the effects on the road performance in areas such as water permeability and surface roughness. According to the degree of influence on the bond strength, the order of the environmental factors are as follows: “UV irradiation + high temperature”>“UV irradiation +10%NaCl solution immersion”>“UV respectively, and the shear strengths are 10.32 MPa, 9.95 MPa, 9.18 MPa, and 8.59 MPa respectively. Moreover, the influence of the environment on water permeability and surface structure depth can be ignored for UHPC-TPO.
