Hydraulic Model Study on Filling-Emptying System of Top Outlet Long Culvert in Ship Lock Bottom at Congjiang Ship Lock

摘要: 都柳江航电枢纽从江船闸采用闸底长廊道顶缝出水盖板消能输水系统。为使设计更趋合理,开展了从江船闸输水系统水力学模型试验的研究;探讨了该输水系统在中高水头分散式输水船闸中的应用效果;通过测定闸室充、泄水水力特性、输水廊道阻力和压力、各部位流态及船舶停泊条件等各项指标,说明闸底长廊道顶缝出水盖板消能输水系统具有减小输水系统的阻力系数、缩短输水时间、改善闸室停泊条件、减少闸室悬移质的淤积、降低输水系统的施工难度等优点,能够满足中高水头船闸安全运行要求,可供类似船闸输水系统设计借鉴。

Abstract: The filling-emptying system of the top outlet long culvert in the ship lock bottom with cover plate energy dissipation was adopted at Congjiang ship lock of Duliujiang navigation-power junction. In order to make the design more reasonabe, a hydraulic model study on the filling-emptying system of the Congjiang ship lock was carried out to investigate the application effect of the filling-emptying system on the medium and high water head scattered ship lock. By comparing the hydraulic characteristics of the ship lock at the filling and discharging, resistance coefficient and hydraulic pressure of lock chamber, flow state and mooring conditions of the ship, it was found that the filling-emptying system of the top outlet long culvert in the ship lock bottom with cover plate energy dissipation has the advantages of reducing the resistance coefficient of the water delivery system, shortening the water delivery time, improving the parking conditions of the gate chamber, reducing the siltation of the suspension chamber, and reducing the difficulty of the construction of the water delivery system, which can meet the safety requirements of high-head shiplocks and supply a reference for similar ship lock designs.
