Slipform Construction Technology Based on Unbounded Characteristics of PTFE Plate

摘要: 基于四氟板的无粘结特性,提出了一种无粘结模滑模施工工艺。通过不同混凝土强度条件下的滑升对比试验,探究了该种施工技术的工艺性能。结果表明:该种施工工艺降低了面板与混凝土之间的粘结力,消除了传统滑模施工中由于模板滑升时混凝土强度掌握不准确产生的模板粘膜现象,解决了传统滑模施工中软脱模滑升对墩柱混凝土扰动的影响,能够很好的保证墩柱质量。

Abstract: Based on the unbounded characteristic of PTFE plate, a kind of non-adhesive sliding mode construction technology was proposed. Through the comparative test of slip lift under different concrete strength conditions, the technological performance of the proposed construction technology was explored. The results show that: the proposed construction technology reduces the bonding force between the face slab and the concrete, eliminates the formwork mucous membrane phenomenon caused by the inaccurate control of the concrete strength during the traditional slipform construction, solves the influence of soft demolding sliding on the disturbance of pier concrete in the traditional slipform construction, and can guarantee the quality of pier well.
