Application of BIM Construction Integrated Management Platform in Tunnel Engineering

摘要: 为实现隧道施工领域更高效的管理,基于隧道BIM自动化建模技术并结合GIS加物联网手段,研发了隧道施工综合管理平台,并成功应用于京沪青龙崮隧道项目管理当中。该平台实现七大功能模块:轻量化集成模型浏览与施工信息查询;施工进度、质量、安全多方协同管理;隧道4D施工模拟;人员设备定位和视频监控;施工动态风险评估;监控量测与超前地质预报;BIM综合管理决策看板。该平台实现了隧道项目管理的平台化、信息化、专业化和安全化,为推动BIM技术在隧道项目管理中的长足发展提供了坚实的基础。

Abstract: In order to achieve more efficient management in the field of tunnel construction, a comprehensive management platform for tunnel construction was developed based on BIM automation modeling technology and combined with GIS and IOT. Moreover, the proposed platform was successively applied in the project management of Jing-Hu Qinglonggu Tunnel. The proposed platform has realized seven functional modules: lightweight integrated model browsing and construction information query, multi-party collaborative management of construction progress, quality and safety, 4D tunnel construction simulation, personnel and equipment positioning and video monitoring, dynamic risk assessment of tunnel construction, monitoring measurement and advanced geological prediction as well as BIM comprehensive management decision-making board. The proposed platform has realized the platform, informatization, specialization and security of tunnel project management, and has provided a solid foundation for promoting the rapid development of BIM technology in tunnel project management.
