间歇式拌和楼二次筛分生产合成级配矩阵模型及参数研究

Job-Mix Formula Gradation Matrix Model and Parameter Study on Asphalt Batching Plant with Vibrating Screens

摘要: 沥青混合料生产级配具有变异性,其动态规律分析有赖于基于过程机理的计算模型。拌和楼内集料经历冷料合成-风选分离-二次筛分-热料合成4个阶段,其中两次分离结果的算法是建 立生产级配模型的关键。用通过率向量描述集料级配,利用生产试验研究粉尘级配与除尘量变化规律,并以此计算热提料级配;通过二次筛分假设建立各规格热料级配算法,并用热筛统计数 据分析参数取值,最后进行模型验证和应用。研究表明:试验工况下浇注式混合料的除尘量占上料总质量的7.6%~13.5%,粉尘级配与除尘量无关;上层筛网筛分效率低于下层筛网,混合料粒 径越大则筛分效率越低;热料粒径越小则粉尘附着量越大;按模型计算的生产级配与2种现有方法差异不大;适用于不同生产参数的级配变化规律分析。

Abstract: he gradation of asphalt mixture is variable and its dynamic analysis should be based on mechanism model. Aggregate is synthesized,winnowing separated, sieved and synthesized in asphalt plant. Gradation of twice separation products has not been calculated for complexity of mechanism. The gradation was represented by pass rate vector. The dust gradation and quantity study was carried out in asphalt plants,which was used to calculate the hot material gradation in elevator. Hot aggregate gradation was modeling based on two hypothesis of vibrating screens, and its model parameter was studied and selected based on hot aggregate gradation statistics. The results show that ratio of dust and raw material is 7.6%~13.5%,which is independent of dust gradation. Screening efficiency of upper screens is higher than lower screens. The larger the aggregate size is, the lower the screening efficiency and is; the smaller the particle size is ,the much the dust is.The construction gradation obtained by matrix model has little difference with two existing methods. Matrix model is suitable for gradation analysis based on varied parameter.
