摘要： 本文分析了长江上游水资源、水系分布特点及航运发展的有利条件，提出了发展该地区航运的构想与对策

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of the water resources and the river system distribution of the upper reaches of theyangtze river are analysed and the preliminary plan and the countermeasure to develop the shipping of this region are pro-posed.
