内河架空直立式码头新型优化结构型式研究

Novel Optimization Structure of Inland River Overhead Upright Wharf

摘要: 针对大型内河码头建设面临的复杂水文条件和地质条件,基于结构受力最优原理和工程造价最省的思路,提出了“空间三角形框架墩 + 带主斜撑大跨度排架”的内河架空直立式码头新型结构,分析了该码头结构的构造特点和稳定性。并将寸滩码头一、二期建设项目的码头结构型式改用本优化结构型式后进行了工程造价的计算,再与原寸滩码头一、二期建设项目的工程造价进行比较。研究表明: 新型结构的构造简洁、受力合理、水下工程量小、经济性好。

Abstract: Aiming at the complicated geological environment and using conditions faced by large inland wharf construction,a new type of inland river overhead upright wharf structure based on the thought of structural optimal principle and the most provinces project cost was put forward,which was named by“space triangle frame pier + large span bent which taking slant supports”. And then the characteristics of the proposed wharf structure and its stability were analyzed. The proposed new optimization structure was applied to the wharf structure of CuntanⅠ,Ⅱ project,meanwhile,the engineering costs were calculated. And then the engineering costs of Cuntan wharfⅠandⅡ project after the optimization were compared with the engineering costs before the optimization. Research shows that the construction of the proposed new structure is of concision,reasonable force,less underwater workload and economy.
