特细砂喷射钢纤维混凝土配制及其 在隧道工程中的应用

摘要: 针对重庆地区缺少天然中砂现状,研究了特细砂和机制砂混合配制喷射钢纤维混凝土的性能及其在隧道工 程中的应用。结果表明,与使用天然中砂的喷射钢纤维混凝土相比,将细度模数分别为1??2和3??5的特细砂和机制 砂按照2??3比例混合,取混合砂砂率为54%~58%配制的喷射钢纤维混凝土具有相近性能,工程应用表明特细砂 喷射钢纤维混凝土在隧道初期砌衬中具有明显优势。

Abstract: Aiming at the status quo of lacking natural sand in Chongqing area, the performance of steel fiber reinforced sprayed concrete (SFRSC) with superfine sand mixing with the machine-made sand and its application to the tunnel construetion are studied. It is shown that compared with the properties of SFRSC with natural coarse sand, SFRSC with mixed sand( the sand ratio 54% - 58% )exhibits similar performance, which is made of mixing superfine sand with machine-made sand in accordance with the 2 : 3 ratio of sand mixed. The fineness modulus of the superfine sand mentioned above is 1.2 and 3.5 respectively. The application in practical engineering indicates that it is obviously advantageous for SFRSC to be used at the early stage of lining construction in tunnel engineering.
