摘要： 高等级公路工程项目中的人工、材料和土地、青苗等补偿费及安置补助费是建设项目总费用中的主要组成部分，在建设项目总费用中占比较大的比重．本文将对此作出分析和研究．

Abstract: In high-grade road engineering project，manual work cost，material cost．compensation and arrangement allowance cost of land and tree are the main component part in total expenses of construction project．This article will analyze and research on it．
