摘要： 随着路面管理系统近二三十年的不断发展，它已成为公路管理部门重要的辅助管理工具。本文在回顾国内外路面管理系统发展现状的基础上，分析了发展中存在的问题，提出了相应的改进措施，并重点探讨了基于GIS平台的路面管理系统的发展方向

Abstract: With the development of pavement management system about two or three decades, it is regarded as the important aided manage tools for highway department. Based on the retrospect of actual state of pavement management system from home to abroad, several problems which are found during the development are analyzed in the paper and proper measures will be provided. At the same time pavement management system based on GIS is greatly emphasized
